Using high quality zirconium corundum material,reinforced glass fiber mesh and imported resin binder,it is made by introducing advanced technology from Germany and Austria.It has the advantages of safety,sharpness,high efficiency and low consumption.It is widely used in the cutting and cutting of common metal materials such as large steel mills,machinery manufacturing,and petroleum industries,especially the cutting of large-diameter stainless steel pipes,which can replace saw blades.

Using the latest multi-layer manufacturing technology individual raw material components,glass fiber meshes and special abrasives are alternately layered into the mold,each layer is precise and flat.highly uniform overall stamping ,and the multi-layer is combined in the grinding wheels press. Under high pressure,it is fixed in a special hardening jig,and it is hardened at an average hardening temperature of 180℃。According to customer requirements,the cutting blade is reinforced in the center to ensure higher stability,higher cutting strength and ecological advantages.
