Application Case of Weixiang 150x6x22 Pneumatic Polishing Plate in the Process of Welding and Grinding
Since 2016 (Luoyang Weixiang Abrasive Tools Co., Ltd.), our new three mesh high-strength resin polishing discs developed by our company have been introduced to the market in succession. Our first customer is from Chongqing * * Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., which is a state-owned enterprise. At the beginning, we provided a model sample, and the customer distributed it to the grinding masters in each workshop. After a few days, we received feedback, and were very satisfied with the product quality. It was easy, sharp, and wear-resistant to polish. I have successively provided 100x6x16 125x6x22 150x6x22 resin polishing disc products. After several polishing tests, the workers are very satisfied with our Weixiang polishing disc series products and have been recognized by the enterprise leaders.
Since the second half of 2016, we have started to supply the first batch of grinding disc series products, and the company's leaders also attach great importance to the quality of the first batch of products, so they sent me to the site to investigate the specific situation. It's my honor to visit Chongqing Shipyard for the first time.
Shipbuilding Heavy Industry is mainly engaged in polishing such as polishing welding, burring and hull rust removal, mainly using low-alloy steel, cast steel, steel plate, profile steel, etc. Weixiang 150x6x22mm polishing plate is mainly used for polishing hull welding and low-alloy steel polishing, with high polishing efficiency, safety and reliability, and less dust. Even female teachers can easily polish. Weixiang 125x6x22mm and 100x6x16mm polishing pieces are more convenient to use, and the workers have always praised the polishing pieces.
In this way, our company's shipbuilding heavy industry series grinding discs have opened a new chapter here. After more than three years of business expansion, Weixiang's high-strength grinding disc series products have been successfully tested and supplied in the market. Up to now, there are more than a dozen cooperative customers of shipbuilding heavy industry enterprises.
