The details of Weixiang grinding wheel tablets in use
1. After the installation of the grinding wheel, it should be idle for 1-2 minutes and then officially used; before use, the operator must wear safety protective equipment such as goggles, dust mask, gloves and so on. 2. The operating speed of the grinding wheel should not exceed the working linear speed specified by the trademark. When using a pneumatic grinder, especially when multiple machines use the same air source, the air pressure should be controlled to prevent the air pressure from being too large, resulting in exceeding the maximum speed. The blast of the grinding wheel hurt people. 3. When using the grinding wheel, the force should be advanced slowly. If the force is too strong, the phenomenon that the grinding wheel stalls and jams and breaks the grinding wheel is easy to occur. If the grinding wheel is stuck, the grinding wheel should be lifted immediately to avoid burnout or jamming of the grinding wheel. 4. When cutting and grinding the workpiece, the workpiece must be fixed. It is not allowed to stand in front of the workpiece, and multiple workpieces are not allowed to be stacked and cut, so as not to cause the grinding wheel to jam and cause an accident. 5. It is not allowed to use the side of the cutting wheel for grinding work. When cutting, no pressure should be applied to the side of the cutting wheel.
